4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click:Ā Ā TRACK MY ORDERĀ to track the shipment status.

When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
Due to international transportation,Ā it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center.Ā During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.
6. What if the package doesnāt arrive?
If you donāt get your packageĀ 60 daysĀ after it was shipped, please contact us at star8span@gmail.com. Weāll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.
